To give toner manufacturers maximum flexibility in designing their formulations, we offer the widest range of silica additives for toners of any major manufacturer. Our portfolio includes fumed silica, colloidal silica and silica-polymer composite materials with primary particle sizes ranging from 8 nm up to 200 nm. Combined with a variety of available hydrophobizing treatments, these offerings allow for the controlled tuning of performance characteristics such as tribocharge, freeflow and spacing for consistent print quality across a range of conditions.
Additionally, we offer carbon black pigments for use with polyester and styrene acryclic resins in chemical, conventional and liquid toners. Our products enable black toners to achieve high image density and tribocharging for outstanding print quality.

Silica Additives for Toners
A breakthrough material for electrophotography applications comprised of hydrophobic silica and polymer in spheroid particles of approximately 100 nanometers in diameter. The shape and size of these silica composite particles have been engineered to prevent embedding, migration and separation from the toner surface.
